According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in June 2022, China's producer prices rose by 6.1% year on year, flat on a month-on-month basis.  Purchasing prices by industrial producers rose 8.5 percent year-on-year and 0.2 percent month-on-month.  In the first half of this year, producer prices rose by 7.7% and producer purchasing prices rose by 10.4%.  

 
Among the main industries of industrial producers, the ex-factory prices of ferrous metal smelting and calendering industry decreased by 3.7% year-on-year and 3.1% month-on-month in June 2022;  Year-on-year growth in January-June was 5.8%.  In June 2022, the smelting and rolling industry of non-ferrous metals increased by 8.2% year on year, and decreased by 2.1% month on month;  Year-on-year growth in January-June was 15.4%.  
 
 

Among the purchasing prices of industrial producers, in June 2022, the price of ferrous metal materials decreased by 3.2% year on year, and decreased by 1.1% month on month;  Prices of non-ferrous metal materials and wires rose 7.6% year on year and fell 1.0% month on month.
