1. PL flanges that have been stored for a long time should be inspected regularly. The exposed processing surfaces should be kept clean, remove dirt, and neatly store them in a ventilated and dry place indoors. It is strictly forbidden to store them in the open air. Always keep the stainless steel elbow dry and ventilated, keep the device clean and tidy, and store it according to the accurate storage method.

　　2. When the PL flange is installed, the stainless steel elbow can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method, and installed according to the position used. When installing stainless steel elbows, pay attention to the tightness to prevent leakage and affect the normal operation of the pipeline.

　　3. When the ball valve, globe valve and gate valve of the PL flange elbow are used, they are only fully open or fully closed, and are not allowed to be used to adjust the flow, so as to avoid erosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear. There are inverted sealing devices in the gate valve and the upper threaded globe valve. The handwheel is turned to the upper position and tightened to prevent the medium (the decisive substance) from leaking from the packing.

　　4. Handwheel should be used for PL flange elbow, please do not use lever or other tools to avoid damage to valve parts. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close, and vice versa to open. Ziah should be fair when using it, and ensure accurate use methods and means.

　　5. The PL flange should always be kept clean during use, and the transmission thread must be lubricated on schedule. When a fault is found, it should be stopped immediately, and the cause should be identified to clear the fault.
