From December 22 to 23, our company held the 2021 annual staff debriefing and Excellent staff selection meeting. The company leaders and all staff attended the meeting. The meeting adopted the method of "presentation, question and evaluation" to select excellent employees.  
 

At the meeting, the staff will draw lots to determine the reporting order and then report in turn according to the way of PPT presentation. After the report, the judges will ask questions and score.  Various employees around the year work summary, problems and solutions in the present work, the next year work plan and working experiences, this paper expounds four aspects reviewed this year's performance at the same time also deeply analyze its insufficiency, through the leadership of more clear work plan for next year after review, lay a good foundation for next year's work.  

 
The conference selected four outstanding employees, respectively: Hu Ruixia, Li Haolin, Yang Huan, Zhang Ning (ranked by surname).  Behind each honor is a steadfast and diligent figure, they have won everyone's recognition and appreciation with a serious work attitude and excellent work ability, take them as an example, set higher goals, achieve greater achievements!  
 
 
After the briefing, Zhang Xiaowei, general manager of our company, made a final summary of the briefing, and gave improvement methods and train of thought guidance to the existing problems. At the same time, he also thanked the employees for their hard work in this year!  I hope that in the coming year, you can also do your best, inherit and carry forward the advantages of the past work, learn from the experience, discard the shortcomings, and move forward with confidence towards 2022!
