Blunt surface: NO.2D cold rolled after heat treatment, pickling, the material is soft, the surface is silver-white luster, used for deep stamping processing, such as automotive components, water pipes, etc.  

Fog surface: NO.2B after cold rolling, heat treatment, pickling, and then finish rolling to make the surface moderately bright.  Because the surface is smooth, easy to regrind, make the surface more bright, widely used, such as tableware, building materials, etc.  After the use of improved mechanical properties of the surface treatment, almost all applications.  

Coarse sand NO.3 with 100-120 grinding belt grinding products.  With better gloss, with discontinuous coarse lines.  Used for building interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products and kitchen equipment.  

Fine sand: NO.4 with size 150-180 grinding belt grinding out of the product.  With better gloss, with discontinuous coarse lines, stripes thinner than NO.3.  Used for bath, building interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products, kitchen equipment and food equipment, etc.  

#320 Product ground with #320 strip.  With better gloss, with discontinuous coarse lines, stripes thinner than NO.4.  Used for bath, building interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products, kitchen equipment and food equipment, etc.  

HAIRLINE: HLNO.4 Product of grinding pattern produced by continuous grinding of appropriate size polishing sand belt (subdivision 150-320).  Mainly used for building decoration, elevator, building doors, panels and so on.  

Bright surface: BA after cold rolling with bright annealing, and after leveling the product.  Excellent surface gloss, high reflectivity.  A surface resembling a mirror.  Used in household appliances, mirrors, kitchen equipment, decorative materials, etc.  

Application field
