3. Fastening: Loosening of fasteners in important structural parts will affect the performance of Eccentric Reducer. Check the air tightness, fastening and connection of key parts at least once a year, and use a torque wrench to tighten if necessary.

4. Overhaul: Detect whether there are cracks, deformation, wear or blockage in each part of Eccentric Reducer; check the wear degree of gears, bearings and oil seals, and replace them if necessary.

5. Adjustment: The gap between the Eccentric Reducer outer ring gear and the hard tooth surface does not need to be adjusted under normal conditions. If the reducer is not working smoothly, it indicates that the eccentric bearing and the large gear are loosely matched. Special tools can be used to press, disassemble and adjust.

In short, maintaining Eccentric Reducer can not only prolong its service life, but also improve work efficiency and reduce failure rate. Pay attention to the operating specifications during maintenance to avoid damage to the Eccentric Reducer.
