The test of 15°5D Bend

Nov 09, 2017

Determination of mechanical properties of materials under bending load test is one of the basic methods of mechanical properties of materials. 15°5D Bend test is mainly used to determine the flexural strength of brittle and low plastic materials and can reflect the deflection of plastic index. Bending test can also be used to check the surface quality of the material. Bending test is carried out on a universal material machine, with three-point bending and four-point bending. The cross section of the sample is round and rectangular, the test span is generally 10 times the diameter. For the brittle material bending test generally only a small amount of plastic deformation can be destroyed, but for the plastic material can not be measured flexural strength, but can test its ductility and uniformity of the exhibition and uniformity. Bending test of plastic material is called cold bending test. During the test, the sample is loaded, bent to a certain extent, and the crack on the surface of the sample is observed.

We also supply 45°5D Bend with 3LPE,Seamless Steel Reducer.if you need, welcome to contact us.
